Why University of Arizona: So many reasons - the leadership's dedication to diversity and cultural change within surgery, the camaraderie amongst residents, and the approachability of our attendings. Other factors that make UA a great place to train are our high trauma volume, excellent research opportunities, medical school affiliation, and the 300+ days of sunshine/year!
