Tucsonan Stuart Glogoff, 63, endured years of frustration with an enlarged prostate. “It was a real quality-of-life issue,’’ Glogoff said.
He frequently felt the urge to urinate, but had difficulty emptying his bladder. He tried medication, but nothing helped. He was checked for cancer twice a year as the prostate continued to grow.
“It interfered with daily life,’’ he said. “In the last six months, I really wasn’t sleeping.’’
